Compact, hand-held, accurate, economical and rugged, this family of integrateable and expandable calibration gas instruments will generate a variety of gases. As your calibration gas needs grow, so does the GENie, with integrated, expandable modules that provide for a cost effective solution.
The GENie Calibration Gas System consists of a Base Unit and a Generating Module.
One GENie Base Unit plus any of the interchangeable and expandable GENie Source Modules enable the instrument to produce the required calibration gas.
Integrated microprocessor controlled feedback. Utilizes a mass flow controller for accurate flow rates across all instruments.
The Bump Station combines a weather and corrosion resistant housing with the proven MiniBump to provide a convenient and economical method of testing portable gas detectors. The Bump Station is designed to work with all manufacturers, not just one specific type like other test stations. This provides the flexibility needed to deal with a variety of users such as contractors. The MiniBump instrument can easily be removed from the Bump Station wall mounting housing to replace the generating cell, or to allow the MiniBump to be used on its own. The housing also has sufficient space to conveniently allow a spare generating cell and batteries to be stored.
The MiniBump in the Bump Station uses two "AA" alkaline batteries and is CSA certified intrinsically safe for Class I, Division 1, Groups A, B, C & D. The Bump Station gas generator is also extremely cost effective. The field replaceable electrochemical generating cell costs about as much as a disposable cylinder, but provides up to 1000 bump tests. And best of all, the MiniBump turns itself off after each 30 second test, removing the possibility of a cylinder being accidently left open and losing hundreds of dollars of calibration gas
The Cal 2000 provides unmatched versatility and accuracy in corrosive calibration gases. Field replaceable electro-chemical generating cells provide a calibration standard for accurately testing chlorine, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen, hydrogen cyanide, and hydrogen sulfide gas sensors.
The Cal 2000 is microprocessor controlled and has an LCD display allowing field adjustable ppm and flow rate. The generating cells are interchangeable and field replaceable. Best of all, the Cal 2000 provides up to 50 times as much calibration gas as a disposable cylinder at approximately the same cost. The electrochemical generating cells do not degrade over time.
The Cal 2000 gas generator has a built-in mass flow sensor that automatically compensates for altitude and temperature. The mass flow sensor combined with the instruments internal pump, provide extreme flexability for calibrating both diffusion and sample draw detection systems.

The EC CAL gas generator has a built-in mass flow controller that automatically compensates for altitude, temperature and barametric pressure. The EC CAL uses an internal pump for calibrating diffusion heads, or the pump can be disabled for calibrating sample draw sensors.
The EC CAL is micro-processor controlled and has a LCD display allowing field adjustable ppm and flow rate. The generating cells are interchangeable and field replaceable. Best of all, the EC CAL provides up to 50 times as much calibration gas as a disposable cylinder at approximately the same cost.

ACD is proud to introduce the HydroGen, our newest electrochemical gas generator. The HydroGen gives hydrogen calibration gas using an ‘unlimited life’ electrochemical gas generating cell. The cell is capable of generating hour after hour of calibration gas with no pre-set end of service life.
The HydroGen is microprocessor controlled and has an LCD display allowing field adjustable ppm and flow rate. With a range from 50 ppm to 1,250 ppm, the HydroGen allows calibration on a variety of sensors. In addition, the HydroGen can easily be changed from English to French, German or Spanish in the field.
The HydroGen gas generator has a built-in mass flow sensor that automatically compensates pump flow for altitude and temperature. The mass flow sensor combined with our advanced electrochemical cell technology provide a highly accurate calibration source.

Advanced Calibration Designs is pleased to introduce the VersaCal. The VersaCal provides state of the art technology allowing ammonia calibration gas generation utilizing a stable and reliable medium. The VersaCal allows the ammonia concentration to be changed within the range of 10 to 150 ppm.
The VersaCal utilizes a small, disposable QuickCheck Vial with a known liquid concentration of the gas to be generated. This vial emits a small quantity of gas when placed in the VersaCal. A photoionization detector (PID) and mass flow controller are used in a process control circuit, allowing precise control of the calibration gas output.

PortaGas Portagreen Strip and Ship Recyclable Cylinder Program
PortaGreen cylinders offer a reusable, sustainable calibration gas cylinder option as part of a convenient return program. PortaGreen cylinders are more compact, globally approved and can be cross-referenced to any existing manufacturer's specification.
Each PortaGreen cylinder comes with a return tube, eliminating the hazmat liability and making it easy and convenient to return the cylinders without any return fees. When the cylinder is empty, simply strip off each layer of perforated shrink wrap and return in the tube provided. Just strip and ship!
|Kin-Tek Trace Source Permeation Tubes
Kin-Tek Trace Source Permeation Tubes are used to dispense a very small, extremely stable, flow of pure component gas, for making low concentration gas mixtures.
Kin-Tek Trace FlexStream automated permeation tube system. Mixtures are produced by diluting the miniscule flow emitted from Trace Source permeation tubes with a much larger flow of an inert matrix gas. The FlexStream is ideally suited for creating trace concentration ppm, ppb, pptr mixtures.
|Kin-Tek Flexstream SD module
Kin-Tek Trace FlexStream SD permeation module. This module is used in series with the FlexStream Base module and any additional input modules to extend the range attained from permeation tubes. This allows a concentration of 10,000:1 from a single permeation tube.
Kin-Tek EcoFlex permeation system is a manually operated system designed to provide a low cost solution for calibration applications.
The EcoFlex is a standalone permeation system, not intended for interconnection with additional mixture modifying modules, such as Secondary Dilution or Humidification. Trace concentration vapors are supplied by Trace Source permeation or diffusion tubes.
It can use any Trace Source, liquid source permeation or diffusion tube to give concentrations from low ppb to over 100 ppm. Up to eight disposable tubes can be used simultaneously, or it can support one LFH refillable, high rate tube.
Temperature set point can be adjusted in 0.1°C increments and the flow set in increments of 10 cc/min. Calibration mixtures can be delivered at up to 40 psig.

Kin-Tech Gas Standards Generator 491MB is a laboratory instrument designed to calibrate most types of gas analysers, gas chromatographs, mass spectrometers and ion mobility spectometers.
Kin-Tek 491M-HG Standard Humidification Module, when an analytical method requires a humidified gas standard for calibration, this module is used to add moisture to trace concentration standards. Some toxic gas sensors require atmospheric humidity for proper operation. If the sensor is calibrated using a dry standatd gas, the calibration will be inaccurate in humid atmosphere.
